Florita: “You should be whatever you want to be and nothing less”. Exploring the inner world of an Argentinian beauty

Today, we have the pleasure of speaking with a beautiful and talented woman who has a passion for traveling and discovering new cultures. With her passion, talent, and drive, she serves as an inspiration for aspiring models everywhere. She also dedicates her life to helping other women understand that beauty comes from the balance between mind and body and to inspiring them to wake up their inner goddess.

Can you tell us a little bit more about yourself and your journey?

I started traveling at a very early age by doing an exchange student program for a year at the age of 17 in Thailand. I have been always interested in spirituality and this was the perfect start for my journey. After this, I studied sports and science. I started living my life while traveling, working, and volunteering all around the world. One of my passions has always been to listen to different types of people and learn from everyone. Finally, I keep a very active, fitness-oriented life. Taking care of my body while I was growing my mindset was a very important part of my journey.

How has your passion for fitness influenced your life?

Well at first it was not easy, many of us have had struggles with our own idea of perfection and put a lot of pressure on ourselves, just to discover that it is all about being happy with who you are and your journey. There is no such thing as perfection. When you accept who you are you can build anything on top of that, from love.

What motivates you today to stay committed to your fitness routine and healthy habits?

I discovered from experience that the only way to have a strong mind and a healthy body is by loving yourself. An amazing tool to achieve that is meditation. We still don’t know what the mind is capable of, but what we know is that meditation can help us to heal ourselves, proving that we are more powerful than we can imagine. I wake up every morning and meditate for 15 to 20 minutes. I also love journaling and writing down some positive affirmations after my practice. That gives me the power to go through my day with motivation and it becomes easier to train or keep a healthy lifestyle. I also rely on what is called intuitive conscious eating: I stick to healthy diet habits while I can still enjoy the things I like in the right proportion to my daily physical activities.

What are your future goals and aspirations?

I’m looking forward to this year as I’ll be finally launching my new project with online content on woman empowerment, sharing my knowledge on wellbeing from a very self-conscious perspective. I want to encourage women to follow their dreams and never give up, cause at the end your biggest supporter should always be yourself. I’ve been working hard on my preparation in this field and I just want to give my best to this world, I think I am ready for it.
